At AI Engineer in 14 Days, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to the Premium upgrade — a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD that unlocks Days 15–24 and the certification exam. All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Paddle.

2. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Premium content for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase — no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

• Contact us through our Contact page with the subject "Refund Request"
• Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your transaction

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

• Your access to Premium content (Days 15–24) and the certification exam will be revoked
• Any certification earned during the refund period will be invalidated
• Your free-tier access (Days 1–14) and account will remain fully active
• Your lesson progress and community contributions will not be affected

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in the following cases:

• The refund request is made more than 3 days after the date of purchase
• There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests intended to exploit the policy

We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, and refund disbursement. Your purchase receipt and invoice will come from Paddle.

7. Currency & Pricing

The Premium upgrade is priced at $9.99 USD. Paddle may display the equivalent price in your local currency at checkout. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations are not covered by us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
